Returns policy

 

At Nea Zoi, we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. As all goods are made to order, we do not offer a refund on change of mind. However, under certain circumstances are happy to exchange your item for another item of the same value within a 14 day period. This excludes any items that have been specially customised or personally engraved, as well as earrings for hygiene reasons. 

If you are exchanging an item, the item must be returned to us in the original packaging with no wear or damage to the item. 

 

We understand that sometimes buying something online can be a little daunting, which is why we want you to know that we are here to support you before, during and after your purchase. We also understand that sometimes gifts can given that don't really reflect the receiver. It's happened to us, we totally get it! If something like this occurs, we are happy to exchange as long as the piece fits the above-mentioned criteria. 

Exchanges can be made for another piece previously selected, or in the form of a gift card which is valid for 12 months. 

For health reasons, we cannot accept exchange on any of our earrings. 

 

Faulty Products 

 

Although rare, sometimes pieces can come to you faulty. If this happens at all, think of us as an overprotective mum coming to a parent/teacher interview who has your back! 

All of our pieces come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty and we will gladly replace any item that is faulty within this period. Please note, daily wear and tear does not constitute a fault in the product. Nothing is indestructible so please take care of your piece as you would a new puppy who loves you. 

In order to return a faulty product, please contact our customer service team to organise a return. Please return faulty products in their original packaging.
