Warranty

 

All Nea Zoi pieces come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. If the product is faulty outside the scope of daily wear and tear, we will happily repair or exchange your item. We are also happy to offer refunds for faulty items as long as the piece does not show signs of improper wear or damage caused by the wearer. 

Items returned as faulty will be assessed by our in-house jewellers. Please know you are always welcome to contact us if you feel your item is faulty and we will assist as quickly as possible. 

Items must be posted back to us in their original packaging with a proof of purchase. We strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team prior to sending your item back to us. 

If you have purchased a ring that needs to be resized, our jewellers are happy to resize up to 3 sizes. If the rings has been ordered in the wrong size, there will be a charge for the resize. 

Please note, if work is conducted by another jeweller other than Nea Zoi, the warranty is voided.

Care Guide

 

At Nea Zoi, we take pride in our rigorous quality control process. it is safe to say that although we pride ourselves on our the quality of our pieces, nothing is indestructible. 

As such we have put together a quick care guide on how best to take care of you jewellery. 

Firstly, some our pieces have a high mirror polish and can show signs of micro scratching. This is totally normal behaviour for gold. Gold is characteristically very soft in pure form. We alloy our gold to a 9k compound to increase it's durability, but this does not make it scratch resistant. 

We suggest you avoid playing with spiky things. We suggest this for your general health regardless, but if you insist on rumbling with cacti, please take your jewellery off. 

It is generally a good idea to take your rings off for most hands-on activities. Going to the gym, gardening, washing the dishes etc.

Our signature chains are also custom made in Australia especially for our clients. Anyone with a toddler or excitable labrador will tell you that if something yanks at your chain, it will break. Keep an eye out for you chain in these circumstances. It is also advisable not to sleep wearing your chains. Chains can get tangled during sleep and snag causing duress on the links and shortening the chains lifespan. 

Any products that contain turquoise or pearls should be taken extra care of. These are very soft materials and can be affected by chemicals found in perfume and chlorine. We strongly advise you take these off when showering, swimming or washing the dishes. If you don't wash dishes, share you secrets with us because quite frankly it's not a favourite past-time!
